Name: Nashoba Valley Vidal Blanc
Type: White
Grape: Vidal Blanc
Origin: U.S. - Massachusetts
Year: 2005
Producer: Nashoba Valley Spirits
Price: $11.00

Vidal Blanc is a grape that originated in France but producers don't grow it much except in the Northeast U.S. which makes it a pretty rare beast. It has a nice fruity aroma with grapefruit, pineapple and floral notes. The flavor is dry and tart with some astringency toward the finish. Pretty good wine given its origins.
