This is a grape native to Argentina and I've never had it before so this will be a treat. It is very light in color, like a Pinot Grigio. The aroma is honey, citrus and melon. It actually smells more like a dessert wine than anything. The flavor isn't sweet though, I'd say it's a little on the dry side and tart. The mouth feel is very light, as if it is almost evaporating in your mouth. It has a medium finish that carries the tart flavor throughout. Very interesting wine.
