Your basic Australian blended white wine, this one is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. It's crisp, clean and refreshing. It has a little bite on the front of your tongue, followed by a smooth flavor and a teensy bit of acidity on the finish. A very nice summer white wine. I had it with some chicken breast straight off the grill and it was excellent.
