This is a very common wine in Rome because the vineyards are just a few miles outside the city. If you order a house white wine in Rome, you may very well end up with Frascati and you could do a hell of a lot worse. It is dry with a very crisp flavor and some acidity on the finish. It has floral and melon notes on the aroma. This is a very drinkable and refreshing summer wine.
