More in the Smoking Loon series, which has been a competent but unexceptional bunch. This one is a very basic Sauvignon Blanc. No particular spark of character, but likable enough for its lack of any particular offense. I'm naturally partial to Sauvignon Blanc so an average one is better than a lot of other wines to me. It has a scent of freshly cut grass and a slightly tangy flavor leading to a short finish. Good enough.
