Has that Riesling aroma that I always describe as "apple" but I'm not sure that's what it is. When you swirl it, you get a little bit of a bubble gum scent as well. The flavor is crisp and acidic with a medium finish. Overall, it is what I expect from Hogue, a very nice example of what I expect from a given grape.
