Here’s an Italian grape I’ve never heard of before, Negroamaro. It’s too bad because it’s pretty decent. Nice deep color, nice fruit on bouquet, I detect some ripe pineapple and herbal notes. Very smooth flavor with a medium finish with a touch of tannins. For $6 this is a very enjoyable everyday wine.
