I have high expectations here because the Wine Spectator rated this a "Smart Buy" and gave it 90 points, which is a terrific rating for any wine, much less one that costs under $10. It has a nice purplish hue and I decanted it for a while to let the flavor out. It has a nice, sweet berry aroma. More berries in the flavor along with some smooth tannins and a slightly sweet vapor that rises above the liquid in your mouth. I'll agree with the Spectator on this one, it's an interesting wine.
