This Portugese blend is from the Trincadeira, Aragones and Alfrocheiro grapes. Fairly obscure stuff. It's ruby red with an aroma of leather and oak. It starts with a berry flavor but quickly moves on to a smooth but tannic finish that is medium in length. I find it to be a very nice red. It would be better with food but is enjoyable even on its own.
