I'm broadening my horizons and starting to review Ports. This should be interesting because I don't know much about Port. If you haven't tried it and you like wine, you definitely should give it a chance. It is like a sweet, very dense wine. It has a very characteristic smell that is difficult to describe but readily recognizable once you know it. This one has a rich aroma and a little bit of spice on the long finish. My yearly pattern in drinking liquors harder than wine is to drink Limoncello in the warmer months and Port in the colder months. It's getting colder out so bring on the Port.
