In a blind taste test, this is a wine no one would mistake for being red. Smells like tart, not-quite-ripe fruit. The flavor is much gentler than the aroma, tasting a bit thin at first but then you get a quick jolt of tartness on the end that hits you right in the jaw. The finish is longish, especially for a Pinot Grigio. All in all, pretty decent.
