Cheap Wine Guy Seal of Approval
Name: Kris
Type: White
Grape: Pinot Grigio
Origin: Italy
Year: 2004
Producer: Franz Haas
Price: $13.99

Smells of sweet citrus fruit and maybe papaya. Smooth and refreshing flavor with some acidity on the finish. This is one of the nicest Pinot Grigios I've had and it certainly has more character than most you'll taste. It's also the most I've ever paid for a Pinot Grigio because of those other factors but it's well worth it. It's a definite Cheap Thrill.
