I've noticed from looking at my web site analytics that people really seem to look for Tisdale reviews, I suppose because it's so widely available. So, I found three types of Tisdale that I hadn't yet reviewed and bought them all on a 3 for $12 deal. This is the first of them. The aroma smells like fruit and alcohol with a tiny hint of bubble gum. The flavor is very smooth, all blackberries and a touch of tannins on the finish. It's sweeter than most Cabs I've had which is typical of a cheap mass market wine. The bottle claims more complexity than is really there and an "impressive finish" which is quite a stretch. This Tisdale tastes like something I'd expect to get from a boxed wine in terms of character and quality. It tastes good it just lacks personality and doesn't taste much like a Cabernet Sauvignon.
