Smells woodsy and looks very dense in the glass. This is a stout and interesting Cab. It starts smooth and then takes on a lot of character, especially on the finish. There is a robust spicy flavor and some tannins that don’t take over but they let you know they are there. The oak really shines through on the finish. This is a very nice Cab for about ten bucks.
