This is the last of the wines from the corner store and it is the only one that I wouldn't describe as an unpleasant experience. In contrast to the overpowering spice and harsh flavors of the others, this one is very smooth. I get hints of blackberry and other berry smells in the aroma. The flavor is so smooth that I'd call it mild and the finish is where all the action is. It's not a ton of action, but still. The flavor turns jammy on the end and the finish is short with a hint of oak. Not bad.
